Terms of Service

Last updated: July 11, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the OneDock operating system command center.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OneDock, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Single-Admin Access & Security

OneDock is a private, single-user system. Access is strictly limited to the designated administrator account whose email matches the allowlist configured in the environment settings.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session, active auth tokens, and for restricting access to your devices. Any attempt to bypass the email allowlist gate or gain unauthorized access to database collections is strictly prohibited.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OneDock solely for personal and professional tracking, project management, freelance CRM, and data archiving. You must not use the system to:

  • Host or transmit malicious code, malware, or virus payloads.
  • Conduct illegal activities or coordinate unauthorized network attacks.
  • Bypass rate limits, security measures, or verification schemas.

4. API Integration & Connectors

OneDock integrates with third-party service APIs (e.g. Clerk, Firebase, Google Drive, Apple Shortcuts, and external registrar APIs).

Your use of these connectors is subject to the terms and rate limits of those third-party providers. We are not responsible or liable for any changes, downtime, data synchronization lags, or service bans initiated by external provider APIs.

5. Disclaimers & Warranties

OneDock is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the services, data integrity, security, or the accuracy of calculations (including financial ledger balances, cost distributions, or fitness analytics).

You acknowledge that your use of the system is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OneDock, its administrators, or developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including without limitation loss of profits, data loss, domain ownership expirations, client memory leaks, or operational downtime—arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with local regulations, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
