Welcome to OneDock. We are committed to protecting your personal data and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and process your information when you use our platform.
OneDock is designed with a private, single-user architecture. All your business and personal operational data—including projects, clients, finances, workouts, family information, and inventory—is stored securely in Google Firebase Firestore.
We enforce strict data isolation policies at the server level. Your data is isolated per-user under `users/{userId}/collection_name`, ensuring only you can read, write, or modify your personal databases.
Authentication is handled securely by Clerk, our third-party identity provider. Clerk manages user logins, credentials, and active session tokens.
OneDock does not store or process your passwords. We only store your authenticated user ID, email address, name, and profile image URL for access control and email allowlist validation.
OneDock supports API connectors (such as GitHub, Google Drive, and Apple Shortcuts). When you authorize these services:
In production environments, we run Google Analytics 4 to monitor platform usage, system performance, and interaction events. This helps us optimize load speeds and refine modules. No personally identifiable information or database contents are transmitted to analytics servers.
As the sole administrator of your dashboard, you have full ownership of your data. You may delete records, clients, or entire projects at any time. Deleting a record permanently and immediately purges it from the Firestore database.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
If you have any questions or suggestions about this Privacy Policy, please contact system administration.
